Booking Policies- By booking an appointment you agree

To cancel or reschedule your appointment please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.  A 50% (of your service) fee will be collected if 24 hours notice hasn't been given for cancellations.

To ensure efficient scheduling, we require a deposit for most services booked at our spa. A credit/debit card is required on file. Deposits may be forfeited if appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.

We have a 8 minute grace period, if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late we ask you call or text (970-803-0164) to let us know. It's not always possible to accommodate late appointments, if we are able to, there will be a $10 charge per 15 minutes late for waxing appointments. For facial appointments the tardy time will be subtracted from facial time.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as apple and google pay (Tap Pay). We also accept cash. We do not accept check, money order, zelle or venmo. We accept Afterpay for certain services and products.

We are happy to exchange or refund products that are not opened, used or expired. If a product is damaged before use please let us know. Not Valid on Panties or Feminine Care Products.

We offer complimentary touch ups for waxing/sugar services for missed hairs, re-tint for faded lash or brow tints and relax/re-curl for lash lifts and brow lamination. Valid for 7 days after your appointment.
