To cancel or reschedule your appointment please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.  A 50% (of your service) fee will be collected if 24 hours notice hasn't been given for cancellations.

We have a 8 minute grace period, if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late we ask you call or text (970-803-0164) to let us know. It's not always possible to accommodate late appointments, if we are able to, there will be a $10 charge per 15 minutes late.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as apple and google pay (Tap Pay). We also accept cash. We do not accept check, money order, zelle or venmo. We accept Afterpay for certain services and products.

We are happy to exchange or refund products that are not opened, used or expired. If a product is damaged before use please let us know.

We offer complimentary touch ups for waxing/sugar services for missed hairs, re-tint for faded lash or brow tints and relax/re-curl for lash lifts and brow lamination. Valid for 7 days after your appointment.
